Royal High competed in the Masterton Trophy every year from its inception in 1964 until 1996 with the exception of 1990.  Although never winners they reached the final on three occasions, being beaten by Melville College F.P. in 1964, Carlton in 1974 and Stenhousemuir in 1986.
